Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Atelier by T&A. We are committed to delivering your order with the same care and attention to detail that goes into every piece we carry.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping — 1 business day

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–14 business days. Please note:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Atelier by T&A is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
We are unable to mark international packages as gifts or alter declared values.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain shipping methods. Please use a physical street address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@atelierbyta.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photographs of any damage. We will work swiftly to resolve the matter.
